Triangle Realty ended 2015 with a bang!

 

The brokerage (a digital, mobile and paperless brokerage firm) enjoyed steady growth seeing not only sales volume increase, but added staff, agents and upped transactions processed. “I could not be more proud of what our agents did this year”, says owner, Jamie Haynes.  “Everyone stepped up their game and rallied year-end.”

 

 

In 2015, Trianle Realty awarded the Top Sales-person Award to Brock Thompson.  Brock was born and raised in Miami, Texas, where he currently resides and is involved with his families ranching operation.  His wife, Berkley Thompson, is also an agent with us and was awarded the “Capped Out” award for 2015.  Other recipients for the “Capped Out” award were Cindy Sherrodand Randie Bauman.  Randie is a Texas Panhandle native with 15 years of experience.  Her experience and commitment to customer satisfaction makes her the right choice for all your real estate needs.  Cindy Sherrod also has years of real estate experience with a great can-do spirit. Cindy was also a recipient of the “Shining Star” award along with Kristyn Dickey.  Kristyn is our Marketing Liaison/Agent at the brokerage and works for the ‘JT & Jamie Haynes Team‘. Kristyn was raised in Colorado and came to West Texas A&M University, graduating with a Bachelor’s of Science in Agricultural Media & Communication.  Congratulations to all of our 2015 Award Winners and thank you for a wonderful year!

 

Here are a few highlights from 2015.

 

One more state has been added to our continuously expanding business, New Mexico. JT Haynes, owner/broker, obtained his broker’s license for the state of New Mexico in 2015. JT is now working on two more states, Colorado and Oklahoma.

 

2 Two team members joined our office staff:  Kristyn Dickey and Jordan Schulte.

 

3 Three healthy babies blessed our team member’s families in 2015 and another is to arrive any day.

 

6 Six new Texas REALTORS joined our team at Triangle Realty: Brock and Berkley ThompsonAlicia BradleyLyndell McDanielLori Wilhite and Kristyn Dickey.

 

1 Started the Triangle Realty First Fruits program which allows agents to give a portion of their commission to a local charity and the brokerage will match their donation.

 

17 Over $17,000.00 donated to local charities with over $7,000.00 of that coming from our First Fruits program.

 

22 Twenty-two agents are now a part of the Triangle Real Estate team which allows us to continue to exceed our customer’s expectations.

 

47 $47,000,000 — Our final year-end totals have us exceeding $47 million in sales for 2015.

Jordan Schulte, a Sophomore at WTAMU, came on board last year with a marketing internship.  Jordan tackles many tasks around the office along with Kelsi Thomas, our Senior Property Manager/Agent, who is also a smiling face ready to answer any questions you may have. Jenni Winegarner, Marketing Coordinator for Legacy Farm and Ranch Auctions, is next to our Triangle office and eager to help with your farm and ranch auction needs.
