Haynes Family 2015
Both from ranching families, JT & Jamie Haynes strongly believe that values, morals and strong character are the cornerstone of a good business. They believe that taking the high road even when it is not easy will pay you back ten fold in the long run.
Jamie was raised on her family’s ranch outside of Brady, TX along the San Saba River. Charles T Gray was her great, grandfather and the only son of Charles Patton Gray who purchased the first piece of the family ranch in McCullough County after leaving his relatives in San Saba County. T or ‘Papa T’ as many of his grandchildren called him had two daughters named Charlene and Patsy Gray. Patsy married David Swaney Quinn and had three boys named David T, John and James (Jim) Quinn. Jamie’s father, John Quinn and wife, Elaine, still ranch the same land Charles P Gray purchased beginning in 1897 for $2.23 an acre. Jamie has one younger brother named David Ross Quinn who works in the oil and gas industry and resides with his wife, Beth, and children, Peyton and Micah, in Houston, TX.

JT was raised on his family’s ranch 10 miles North of McLean, TX on the North Fork of the Red River. JT’s great, great grandfather, JS Morse, came to Texas from Arkansas to work on the XIT Ranch in the late 1800’s. When he rode through Gray County, he fell in love with the river bottoms of the area. Eventually, Mr. Morse saved up enough money to start purchasing parcels of land all along the Red River until he had enough to land to make a living off of and quit his day job. JS had a son, Samuel Bogan Morse, who was killed in World War II, and one daughter named Minnie Morse who married John C. Haynes. They had two sons named Samuel Albert and John Morse Haynes. As a young boy, JT was fortunate enough to work along side his great grandfather (John C.), grandfather (Samuel Albert aka Sammy) and father (Thacker Haynes) on the family ranch. JT’s father and mother, Thacker & Sharon Haynes, still live on the family ranch North of McLean.
JT and Jamie both attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, where Jamie was a Chi Omega and JT was on the Texas Tech Rodeo Team. They love to attend Tech football games and tailgating events in the fall.
JT and Jamie have two boys named Quinn (age 12) and Cort (age 10) Haynes who attend school in Canyon, TX. JT and Jamie love to attend their children’s sporting events such as baseball, basketball, 4-H shooting, rodeo events as well as the occasional golf game.
JT contributes his time to charities such as Rope For A Cure that helps children with Type 1 Diabetes and supporting local Snack Pak for Kids functions. Jamie enjoys volunteering for PTA and both attend Hillside Christian Church in Amarillo, TX.

The Triangle Realty First Fruits program began in the summer of 2015. It was inspired from reading Proverbs 3:9 which says "Honor the LORD with your wealth, with the first fruits of all your crops." Prior to every real estate transaction, each agent is required to turn in their transaction data to the brokerage. There is an opportunity for the agent to donate a portion of their hard-earned commission to the program. At year end, the brokerage and agent decide on which local charity or charities to allocate funds to. Triangle Realty matches the agent's donations dollar for dollar making the giving even more fruitful. We encourage each agent that participated to donate locally to impact their own communities. We hope to not only deliver exceptional service on the front end, but to also fruitfully serve our communities on the back end one client at a time.
In 2016, Triangle Realty donated $7,072.00 to local charities via the First Fruits program from 2015 agent donations. The overall charitable donations for the brokerage exceeding $17,000.00.
