Q4 Land sales were record breaking for The Haynes Team at Triangle Realty this year! Not only did we see 32 total sales of prime farm and ranch land, but these sales were located in 9 different counties with multiple ranches reaching into two or more counties. These sales were made up of ranches such as Walcott Ranch in Hereford, TX to T & R South in Wheeler, TX. In addition, The Haynes Team also represented the sale of the historic Conrad Ranch, once a part of the XIT Ranch, whose borders expand over 15,900 acres. Another notable sale of Q4 is the Rock Creek Ranch, spanning over approximately 9,757 acres, adjoining the Lake Meredith National Recreation Area. Counting the sales of 27 additional properties, The Haynes Team represented members of transactions for over 34,700 acres across Texas. These sales reached a median price of $1,103 per acre, and a final volume of $38,275,276!
