The Belmar Neighborhood is located in the southwest quadrant of Amarillo, TX with I-40 to the north, 34th Avenue to the south and sandwiched between Coulter and Bell Streets. Most of the homes were built in the 1960s with some built up to the 1980s. Prices can range from the mid 100s to low 400s.
