Texas real estate broker, JT Haynes, & co-owner/agent/wife, Jamie Haynes, of Triangle Realty, LLC, a digital, mobile and paperless brokerage firm are pleased to congratulate REALTOR® Natalie Crown on earning her RENE Certification, the premier negotiation credential in the country. RENE, which stands for Real Estate Negotiation Expert, is conferred by the Real Estate Business Institute (REBI) and is an official certification of the National Association of REALTORS®.
Natalie Crown was born and raised in Canyon, TX, and graduated from Canyon High School. She continued her education at Texas Tech University where she graduated summa cum laude earning a Bachelor’s of Science in International Economics and a minor in Spanish. Following her passion, she attended the San Antonio Board of Realtors School to obtain her real estate license. Natalie is a member of the JT & Jamie Haynes Team and holds the title of Property Specialist, supporting both land and residential clients. She has been with the brokerage since 2016.
Natalie, along with Jamie Haynes, completed a two-day course that developed her skills in behind-the-scene-issues and how to deal with them, how to handle a wide variety of personalities and situations, and how to sort out the competing objectives of the parties involved in a transaction. Natalie’s new knowledge will allow her to successfully advocate for her clients in any real estate related transactions and achieve “win-win” situations for everyone involved.
The National Association of REALTORS® offers the RENE certification to REALTORS® who want to sharpen their negotiation skills. RENE is wholly owned by REBI and focuses specifically on real estate sale negotiation.
