Water:
The ranch has one ±1 acre lake near the house providing water year round. There is also another seasonal pond in the northeast corner of the property that will fill up in wetter years. In addition to the ponds, the property boasts a newer solar well drilled adjacent to the house in the northwest corner of the property at a total depth of about 480 feet and with a water level at about 329 feet. The pump is hanging at 400 feet of pipe. There is also a working windmill centrally located on the ranch with a large flow-over dirt tank. The availability of water attracts a healthy population of deer and other wildlife to the land.

Hunting:
Thanks to the availability of water, a healthy population of deer are drawn to the land. The varying topography including breaks and rolling hills creates low spots for wildlife native to the area to feel protected. Mule deer and antelope are most often seen.

History:
Over the past few years, the land has been used to summer graze cattle as well as for hunting and other recreational purposes.
