Cemetery & Hix homesites are approximately 3 miles southeast of Canyon and are about 15 miles from Amarillo. The homesites lie 2 miles west of I-27 and 2 miles east of HWY 87.
Access:
The properties are accessible from either Cemetery Rd or Hix Rd. Cemetery Rd is a paved county road and Hix Rd is a maintained caliche road. The homesites are conveniently in between I-27 and HWY 87.
Directions:
The homesites are easy to get to from Canyon. Starting in Canyon, go south on HWY 87 until you meet Cemetery Road. Turn left on to Cemetery Road and go east for 2 miles. The homesites are on the north side of the road, at the corner of Cemetery Road and Hix Road.
