Slape FM 1705 Homesite Tract 1 is located approximately 11 miles southwest of Canyon, TX and is a short drive to Amarillo, TX. Amarillo International Airport is less than an hour and a half drove from the property.
 
Water:
There is an old windmill well located on the southeastern part of the property and an abandoned house well along Dowlen Rd. The state of both wells are currently unknown.
  
History:
The land has been enrolled in CRP for the previous 30 years. Prior to, it was a dry-land farm. The CRP contract is set to expire in October 2023 and the application has been sent in to be re-enrolled through 2033.   
 
Improvements:
Slape FM 1705 Homesite Tract 1 is an undeveloped tract of land with no improvements.
 
Minerals:
All owned mineral estate will be retained by the seller. Wind and solar energy rights will convey with the sale of the property.

From Canyon, travels south on US 83 out of town. Turn right onto FM 1714, then left onto FM 1705. Travel on FM 1705 for about 2.5 miles and the property is on the south side of FM 1705 where the road curves.
