Location:
The Santa Fe Elevator Facility is very accessible and is ideally located on the south side of Friona, TX. The facility sits approximately .4 miles south of HWY 60 and on the east side of Main St. Amarillo is less than an hour and a half drive away.

History:
This facility has been a staple to the community for years. Having the cooperate office along with the concrete and steel bins, this facility has provided grain storage for local producers for many years.   
 
Improvements:
The Santa Fe Grain Elevator Facility can hold a combined 1,636,000 bushels of grain. There are five steel Butler grain bins on the north part of the property. There are 16  concrete bins and 6 steel tanks on the southern part of the property.
 
The concrete elevator features a 7000 bu/hr leg that transports grain from the dump pit, an in-ground scale and a brick scale house/office space. The scale house/office space has 3 large individual offices, a conference room, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen area along with an area to operate the scales and grain probe. The 70' scale is located immediately on the south side of the building.
 
Grain is moved throughout the 5 steel Butler bins by 2 elevator legs. The bins were constructed in the 1970s by Abbott Construction. There is one dump pit between the bins that holds slightly over one semi load. The furthest east steel bin has not been used to hold grain in the past decade and is the only bin with no aeration.

The exclusions from the sale of this property include: all inventories owned by or under the control of the seller, all rolling stock on the property, all office furniture and equipment, all signage and all personal property owned by third parties, including without limitation the cell towers and related equipment and fixtures on and at the elevators.
