The Myers Ranch boasts top notch mule deer hunting thanks to the rolling topography at the southern end of the property. About half of the property or ±82 acres are enrolled in CRP through 2022 with annual payments of $6,055. See map in the documents section for outline of the CRP ground. The rest of the acreage is covered in brush and is conducive to the wildlife that call the property home. The property is split in half by County Road U and will be referred to as the NW tract and SE tract. One working windmill on the NW tract. Both tracts were leased out about one year ago and have not been grazed since.
The property is located about 3.5 miles south of Clarendon, Texas. Amarillo, Texas, is about 50 minutes to the northwest of the property.
