March was a crazy month and we’re excited to share with you some facts about the real estate market for Amarillo, Bushland and Canyon. Last month, there were 347 houses sold which was about 30% up from February. The average sales price was UP about 5% to $250,000 for the area. Days on market was steady and averaged at 93 days – which includes the days a house is under contract. Inventory is down again by about 10% and there were 425 houses on the market at the end of March. We’re very excited to see how the market keeps shifting and evolving over the next few months for both buyers and sellers!
