Triangle Realty is so excited to share with you our 2020 award recipients! We had two stand out agents each specializing in what they do best and several agents who continue to excel and represent Triangle Realty throughout the Texas Panhandle. We’re so proud of their 2020 achievements even through a pandemic! So without further adieu here are your 2020 Triangle Realty Agent Awards!
The “Top Land Sales” award was presented to Craig Cooper with over $14million in sales volume for 2020! Craig N. Cooper is a native of the Texas Panhandle and has an agricultural economics degree from Oklahoma Panhandle State University. Craig was born and raised on a farm in Gruver, Texas, in Hansford County. In the cattle business for the last 30 years and still farming today, he has a strong passion for land owner’s rights. “I have been involved in many things in my life”, says Craig. “But nothing has captured my attention and motivated me as much as being in the land business.” Craig started his real estate business in 2010 and has accumulated over $60 million in sales along with an abundance of experience which transformed into expertise.
The recipient of the “Top Residential Sales” award went to Randie Baumann this year with over $5 million in sales volume in 2020! Randie Baumann is a native of the Texas Panhandle and a graduate of Texas A&M University. She and her husband, David, have two wonderful boys and call Canyon, Texas home. Randie has been in the real estate business since 1997, that’s 24 years! Fun fact: Randie Baumann was the first real estate agent at Triangle Realty. Her experience and commitment to customer satisfaction makes her a joy to work with for all your real estate needs for residential and rural properties.
In 2020, we had 5 agents cap out and receive the “Capped Out” Award, including Craig Cooper, Bruce Bridges, Randie Baumann, Cindy Sherrod, and Carley Saikowski. 2020 presented everyone with unique challenges and it was amazing to watch the perseverance through adversity that these agents showed throughout the year and cannot wait to see what they can do in 2021!
