History:
Frank Hommel opened Bar H Guest Ranch on July 4, 1991. He has continued to own and operate it to this date. The area is rich with western history with a unique twist that can only be found in the Panhandle of Texas. This is that same area where Texas Legends such as Charles Goodnight and Quanah Parker called home.

Improvements:
A 4 bed, 3.5 bath, 2835 sqft brick home that was updated in 2012. Plumbing and septic system were updated in 2016. This house has a great covered back patio with fountains on both sides of the house. This house also has two carports and an exterior tornado shelter.

Two bed, two bath 1300 sqft wooden home built in the 1890s in old Saints Roost. This home was moved to the property and renovated in 2004. It has a large laundry/utility room and is all electric. The home also boasts a 3/4 wrap around porch, six person hot tub (new in 2015), carport and in-ground tornado shelter.

A commercial kitchen and dining hall that is capable of seating 40 - 50 people. Walk-in refrigerator, commercial oven/stove/griddle, and an electric smoker are all attached to the dining hall. This great improvement also has an office and an above ground swimming pool with a beautiful deck wrapping around the pool.

Two bunkhouse buildings, one with five rental rooms, each furnished with two sets of bunk beds. The other bunk house rental rooms are also furnished with beds. One laundry room is also attached to the bunkhouses.

Landscape:

Directions:
Take HWY 387 west out of Clarendon, TX about 2 miles to FM 3257. Go north about another 2 miles to CR N. Turn left (east) and continue .5 mile to gate.
